just found out via mail (VA medical center) I have several cysts and an 1.9 cm slightly exophytic appearing lesion emanating from the inferior medial cortex of the right kidney. Does anyone know what that is? I may be dead before I can see a doctor for follow-up at the VA

Exophytic and inferior medial cortexx describe the location without making any guesses as to cause or prognosis. You need to discuss this with a doctor. Radiology reports describe ANYTHING and EVERYTHING that was seen in a study but medical diagnoses are the physician's job.
