    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

Kidney disorders can begin with no symptoms. Sometimes we might notice symptoms but assume it is a common illness or just normal aches and pains. It never occurred to me that a lower backache can be a symptom of kidney stones or kidney infection until I ended up in the hospital.

WebMD has some great reading that can help you become aware of common kidney symptoms.Kidney Stone Symptoms and Chronic Kidney Disease .

Kidney disorders can come on very quickly or take years to develop. Did you notice any symptoms before being diagnosed with a kidney disorder?

Before I was diagnosed with kidney disease. My symptoms was chest pain. After I was sent to have a CT. I was told that the mass was so large, that it was the reason, I was having chest pain. So my left kidney was removed.
