I am schedualed to have a total hip replacement in June. I just had an MRI that shows a torn meniscus in the knee of the same leg. Would this have any problems or complications for me in post operative exercises for my knee replacement.

Not many arthritic knees have degenerative tears. This is very common as long as you are not locking or giving away. Continue on and trust your surgeon.
