Gout after total knee replacement

is it possilbe to have gout in the knee after total knee replacement? I have Pain and swelling a couple times a month and then it just goes away. or could it be the weather?

See your doctor. Or at least call him/her. Don't assume it could be this or that. Total knee replacement or total hip replacement is major surgery, and if you have any "problems" or whatever, you have to check with your Dr.
