Anterior hip replacement

I had an anterior direct hip replacement on November 27th. I was told that I did not lose much blood and did not have to take iron pills after surgery. I didn't want to take them because of constipation, but am now concerned because of the fatigue I am experiencing.

You just had major, traumatic surgery. Fatigue is normal and should be expected while your body heals. I was exhausted for way over a month after my knee replacement.
