Constant knee pain after tkr revision surgery
russellr posted:
I had a revision surgery on my left knee. It has now been better than four months since surgery in Sept. plus I had a manipulation done in November. All I have to show for of it is constant sever pain and swelling.I seen my surgeon on Jan,10th all he said was sometimes it takes a while to heal. He didn't bother to x-ray or even examine my knee, just talk.
With the pain and swelling as it is I'm thinking maybe an infection of some sort. I have an appointment with my P.C.P. in a week to check it out. My orthopedic surgeon is 3 hours away in Dallas, TX.
I can't just keep on as things are now.
