    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

Just throwing this out to you folks...I've known about Prolotherapy for probably 5-6 yrs or more. I had it in my right shoulder probably 4 yrs ago and got good relief...

I've it in some areas of back but ended up with hip replacement 2.5 yrs ago and dealing with the mess of it all.

Surgeons do their jobs and are highly skilled but we never know the outcomes from these surgeries....

I listen to an MD on the radio here every weekend and he talks about patients coming in with complications and messes from replacements and those who do NOT want surgeries....jointrehab.com is his site...There are Prolo MD's everywhere today. My rheumy does Prlo work.

Just another option to check out and it could work for many, not everyone but many.

Oh I'm not a Happy Hip Replacement Camper and if I were I wouldn't be here talking about my issues and talking to others...

I went into the surgery with "fear" for sure, since I had a lot of other OA issues and Fibro issues but did the replacement anyway, guess I was in a lot of pain back in late 2010....GROIN PAIN for sure, which is gone., But, I'm left with so many other issues and I've worked for over 2 yrs on protocols to HOPEFULLY undo all the mess.

I've read some not so good stories on other boards too, so I'm not alone....
