hello everyone, im a 41 year old male who received a total hip replacement on the 7th of this month. im seeking advice from anyone who has been thru or is going thru the same surgery. i am excited to be able to get back to work and relatively free from pain.

You need to follow your doctor's advice on this, not the internet. A lot depends on what kind of work you do, how far you drive, etc.
