Sciatic nerve pain after hip replacement

I had my fourth hip replacement in December 2012 and have had pain in my leg since. At my 6 month check up the Dr told me it was sciatic nerve pain not my hip bothering me. There are 11 screws in my pelvis now and they are aggravating the nerve in the pelvic region causing a shooting pain down my leg into my heel. Does anyone know what I can do to relieve this pain?
