post knee surgery discomfort and feeling warm to touch
Tobytoes posted:
Dear doctor Raj
I had a total knee replacement done 8 months ago. I am still having some stiffness and tenderness (more if doing gardening) and some swelling, sometimes which are all normal stages of healing I understand. I am concerned that my knee feels warm to the touch all the time. I recently saw my doctor and he tells me that my knee is still healing and it will take the full year to recover. Should I be concerned about infection. He didn't appear to be concerned. Thanks,
