I was just reading Dr. David Williams Aug Newsletter and his big subject was:

Chronic Inflammation: A Silent Killer

Acute inflammation is basically from injection and injury.

I believe our replacement surgeries are INJURIES....I believe
this more and more since my hip replacement in 2010....I've
been a big mess.

Acute goes to chronic if it's not addressed.

I take Anatabloc and now Zyflamend to work on reducing
inflammation and also work to not eat pro inflammatory foods
which includes SUGARS....

Egg Yolks are pro inflammatory for all the egg eaters out there...
sad but true.

One of my salvations are pycnogenol and grape seed extract which
I'm entering into my 18th yr on these your research, many cancer research centers use them in cancer research and much more health issues...believe me, very true. jam

These surgeries are injury and traumas.
