    Knee replacement
    Iveyshop posted:
It has been a year since my knee replacement and I have snaps, crackles and pops sounds from my knee along with pain. My MD stairs it was scar tissue. Does anyone else have this problem and does it go away?
    TKRX3 responded:
I've had two TKRs, one in each leg and a revision on the left side. I have always popped when I walk. You can feel it right up the spine. My last physical therapist said that when the tissue warms up around the knee it should lesson or go away entirely. Sure enough, after PT or long walks the popping would go away. Unfortunately I don't exercise much anymore since the revision. Don't want to push my luck. I'm 63 and in a year or so when I retire I hope I can swim more. I think that will help.
