Pain behind the knee after ACL reconstruction!

Okay so I had a successful ACL reconstruction surgery in February and finish with PT in August. Now on Oct. 15 I ran to get a disk/frisbee (because my friends and I were playing diskgolf) and an hour later I felt a sore feeling in the back of my knee. When this incident happened, I didn't hear a pop/click and its not unstable. It's hard for me to bend my knee past (about) 110 degrees and it feels sore when I walk. The pain is somewhat bearable, and I know only a day passed, but the pain/soreness hasn't changed for the better. I've iced, rested, applied a heating pad, but nothing. I'm like freaking out. Did I re-tear my ACL?
