Hip/groin tightness after bilat knees.

62 yr old 1 year off bilateral knee rplcmt wondering if I haven't over did it on gym routine. Recently am experiencing groin tightness that i'm wondering isn't due to overworked quads and hamstrings. I stretch, range of motion is good (127)* . Very active, had a good strong recovery til now. Has anyone out there ran accross groin/hip area tightness & pain during rehab. What can you do for it? I am doing squats lunges & high stepping with 5# wts right now, on advice of a trainer ... too soon to tell if it is helping. Your experience please.
