Walking with stiff right leg

Had a total right hip replacement July 2009 did great for 2 years walking 4 plus miles per day walking 9 holes of golf. In 2011 foot seemed to not left and started walking with still knee no real pain since then I have been to orthopedic Docs neurologist spine Docs foot Docs .orthopedic Doc replaced right knee still walk with stiff leg not much pain. Can anyone help?
