Bluesman575 posted:
Hey folks, new to this site, just a quick history,3 years ago I had my R kenee replaced, took pretty well,2 years ago I had a Osteotomy on my left knee, totally sucked, sorry for the language, but the worst experience ever for me,then a year after that, had the left replaced anyway, the osteotomy was suppose to last 10 years, not with me, only got 1. So now here it is a year after the left knee, now I need a new R hip,is it a quicker recovery than a knee? I sure hope so.

I can't speak from personal experience but everyone I've talked to with experience claims that the recovery from THR is much quicker than that from TKR.

Good luck to you!
