    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

Why do we bother to post for help, when no one even takes the time to answer, or give feedback?

    Hi Ojo,

I apologize that it's taking a little while to get your question answered.

WebMD contracts with our Health Experts to answer as many Member questions that they are able in the amount of time they can devote to checking in on the board. However, it's not likely that they will be able to respond to ALL Member questions, even if they are directly posed to them.

There may be times when Dr. Raj can't answer or may take a little time before answering, and that fits within the expectations of his role here in the community.

I see that Dr. Raj responded to your question about pain after hip replacement and I'm sure he will be responding to your latest question very soon.

I thank you for your patience and hope that perhaps one of our community members may chime in if they have any experience with what you're going through, as well.

    Andie
