I had hip replacement surgery six weeks ago. A few weeks after the surgery my knees started to ache. I have no hip pain, just knee pain. Anybody ever have this problem?

It's pretty common to have pain in other joints after surgery. You're limping, walking with a cain, etc. and your body mechanics are all screwed up and other joints are compensating. It should all sort itself out once you start to heal and have a more normal gait when you walk.
