biological ankle replacement

Has anyone experienced a biological or cadaver ankle replacement. The biological ankle replacement has been researched and preformed primarily at UCSD "www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2008/06/080624150654.htm" but I don't know much about the cadaver replacements.

Also, I believe, but I am not certian, the biological ankle replacement has been preformed in the EU for a number of years.

Both of these options sound much more appealing than a ankle fusion or mechanical joint replacement.

Any thoughts, experience or information would be appreciated.
