Use of Inversion Table After Stroke

Regarding the use of an inversion table after hip replacement surgery...do check with your physician.

ALWAYS check with your physician before beginning an exercise regimen. My brother uses such a table but is limited to the degree of "ivmersion" because he has suffered a stroke and was advised by his doctor to not totally invert himself because the pressure could cause a stroke.
