I never thought things would go this way...I was married 17 years to the love of my life and during that time,we had 2 wonderful daughters. We divorced and went our seperate ways.He remarried and to say it was rocky was putting it mildly.A month ago his wife went into a coma, induced by a vicodin and herion overdose.Today, we found out he has stage 3 lung cancer. That in itself is scary....but his health is bad....he is diabetic and has all the ailments that go with that illness.I am trying to stay positive, but feel the fight has been lost before we have even started.
My emotions are so mixed...I dont know what to think...I have known him over 30 years...how can I possibly let him go through this alone?
Someone,please...any words or thoughts...I am totaly lost.
