Pain after thoracotomy ?

I had a thoracotomy in December, 2010, they removed upper lobe of right lung. They claim, that it is completly gone. After about two (2) months, I developed a unremitting pain in my right sholder and back.They statrted me off on Percocet 5 mg., no help, now on Percocet
10 mg, and morphine Sul 15 mg;no help, does it ever get any better ?
