Lupus in cold weather.

I have just been diagnosed with discoid lupus I dont know much about I am reading up on it but I work in a warehouse where the temp is -20.
Is cold temps ok for people with lupus?

Cold weather hurts my joints, but I believe there is certain cold weather "gear" for working in sub-zero temps. Try looking at some of the out-of-doors catalogue web sites like L.L. Bean, LandsEnd Outfitters, etc.

I wear ski underware during the winter to help keep my joints warm.
