    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

So yesterday my knees and feet were hurting so bad, I couldn't walk or stand for long. It's been hard trying to get some sleep with all this pain. Today I woke swollen and my elbow, forearm and hands hurt bad. I have tingly sensation and they feel like they want to go numb.
I supposed to go to the park for a Fathers Day gathering for my father-in-law, it's nice and sunny here in California, contemplating if I should go. My body feels weird if that makes since.

    Hi gringa,

I'm sorry to hear you are having a bad few days! I hate days like that!

Maybe you need to just rest and take care of yourself for a change instead of being out in the sun. The sun can really make your life miserable!

Hope you feel better soon -
