I am a diabetic. In my blood screening tests. alkaline phosphate s was 172 ,AST sgot 113, ast sgpt was 82, Ana direct showed positive. My doctor suspects lupus. He put me on predisone tape dose for 3 weeks. Is this normal?

I'm no doctor but I do know those enzymes are associated with the liver. Please ask your doctor to dig deeper.
