When I get an upset stomach I use camomile tea,yogurt snacks, drink yogurt smoothies with honey and fruit, or take probiotics. Any of these really cause my stomach to calm down right away and also helps a lot with digestion issues. I started to also eat smaller portions of food and not eat after 6:30 pm which also helps my acid reflux.

I am on all different meds for my lupus, i take 1 omeprazole over the counter store brand every day to help my problems with acid reflux stomach issues it seems to work
