Hello! I have had Lupus, Behcet's, etc. for years, but for about 5 weeks have been having considerable anxiety/nervousness/depression. I really don't want to add another medication to the long list I already have to take, so I was wanting to take something natural that wouldn't have the high risk of side effects. Has anyone taking or know anything about Sam-e? Thanks for any info!
