    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

Even after 29 years, I still haven't mastered the art of moderation! On days that I have energy and feel good, I want to get as much done as possible then the next day I am all worn out!!! Today I was going to give one of my five dogs a bath and instead ended up doing all of them!!! I will pay for it tomorrow I am sure!

Do you have any strategies for days when you feel good so that you don't over extend yourself? IF so, please share what they are!

Oh, so true! I try to remind myself "remember what happened the last time?". Even though I may pay for it for several days after overdoing it, I have the mental boost that I got a lot done, and I'm not "giving in" or surrendering to my disease.
Just like so many things (eating or drinking too much), I try to repeat the mantra "everything in moderation, keep everything in balance".
