Pain in Kidney

Help! Im having pain in my side, right lower back, My urine looks fine but wondering if it's one of my Kidney's, Can you give me some of your info on this, Thanks

It could be a number of things if you have lupus. Usually, kidney pain is not a symptom of lupus nepheritis. I have it and my kidneys never hurt, weird. You may have a bladder infection. Many lupus medication lower the immune system and can make you more apt to develop an infection.

Go to your doctor and let them know your pain. Be specific. It could also be muscle strain or lower back issues.
