Chills

I've been experiencing chills and fever for quite sometime. Prior to being diagnosed with SLE I was told it was pre-menopausal symptoms. Now of course I'm not so sure.

I experience hot flashes so I know what they feel like, these feel more like the flu. I feel fatigued, then a slight fever, no sweating and then chills.

Anyone else feel these symptoms?
