    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

Ok, lately I've been having some issues. i don't know if it's related or not. I've fallen a couple of times now because my leg doesn't pick up as high or at all sometimes as I think I've lifted it. I've felt shaky in my legs here lately like they are weak but I'm not doing anything differently than I normally do. Does anyone else do this?

Are you on high dose steroids? I had that problem when I was on high dose steroids, it made my leg muscles so weak I had to crawl up stairs!!!

I was on prednisone for a while but i am currenlty not taking anything like that. I've fallen a couple times in the last few months because my leg doesn't pick up like I think i'm picking it up (if that makes sense). It's new and I just didn't know.
