newly diagnosed and feeling horrible both physically and emotionally

I have been one year since I was diagnosed still not understanding feeling horrible i read about it still don't know the process is but I've been so tired and out of it a lot of pain too many life changes and I'm just don't know what to do or what is going on anymore when it comes to the stupid lupus I've been trying to find a better way to understand my two flare ups were worst almost died the first time.

I was just diagnosed last month. I am still also trying to understand. But I have learned, in the last few years of not knowing, that focusing on feeling better will get you through it. I've tried not enough of everything but I am trying. Changing my eating habits, laundry detergent, cooking habits, have made progress. Small progress but some progress. 3 years of not knowing what I have, I have realized the long exposure to the sun, even summer time, is not good for me. Lupus is a perfectly good reason why its not. This comes from paying attention to your body when you feel good and bad. Good luck hunny!
