I need your help! My sister is 29 yrs old and has recently been diagnosed with lupus about 2 years ago. She just got married and was hoping to start a family. She then found out that she was perimenopause . She has close to no eggs. So she started fertility treatments and has recently been inseminated she found out today she is not pregnant! What can we do? Is there a fertility doctor you recommend that specializes in this problem? She is so young and is desperate.
