Well that's easy too, on the left hand side you see many links one of them is "discussions", click on it and you'll only see the discussions. It's almost like the way you use to look at posts at WebMD.

I am trying to start a new discussion but the title bar keeps disappearing!!! You can't post a new discussion without a title but it wont let me put one in!!!

It looks like it's fixed now. I think they were making some changes on the back end during that time if it happens again please let me know.
