have born with undescending testicles. i got operated one testicle and placed in position at the age of 10 and got removed the other one at 13. i got a sperm test and got the zero count. Is it possible to get a child. Is there any treatment to improve my condition.

It depends if damage to the remaining testicle was sufficient to stop all sperm production.

Work with your local urologist to see if you have testicular failure to cause the no sperm seen in the ejaculate or if other reasons like obstruction of some sort keeping the sperm from being ejaculated. A full hormone panel, exam and medical history review will need done.

It is possible to have no sperm seen in the ejaculate but still have some production in the testicles that can be collected and used for in vitro fertilization for a biological child.
