Ask the lab for a sterile specimen container for a home collection since you are not able to provide a sample when you have to collect at the laboratory. With a home collection do no heat or cool the sample and get it to the lab within 30 minutes if possible.
The stress of collecting at the lab can cause performance anxiety.
