I was told that a man's sperm is ineffective for about 6 months after having an Testicular Ultrasound, is this true??

A one time ultrasound should have no impact on the sperm. If there are other problems like an infection it can impact sperm but the ultrasound will not. If he is exposed to toxins or other factors that can impact sperm (i.e. hot tubs) it can take a full 3 months for the production of new sperm and time for it to be ready for ejaculation.
