2 bad SA

My husband had two SA done, the first one was borderline ok in all areas, the second was done a month later and horrible in all areas (low count, badly shaped and none moving). He saw a Urologist who did an U/S and everything was fine structurally. He also had bloodwork done and everything was normal. Is there anything else that could be going on or any other tests that we could look into? Unfortunately we are having a hard time getting the urologist to call us back with the next steps. . .

I would go for a 3rd SA just in case that second one with the bad results was just processing error or some other factor that resulted in abnormal parameters. Has he been sick with a fever? In a hot tub or sauna? Added any new medications? Had any day to day lifestyle changes?

He should begin a fertility blend vitamin and stay away from smoking (or any drug use) and limit alcohol intake. Check my past posting on Sperm Healthy Lifestyle Guidelines.
