Abnormal Sperm analysis - can these numbers be fixed?

Hi,
My husband had 2 SA's done and both came back abnormal, with what looks to be low motility as the main issue, we were not told directly.
I am posting them both below and wondering if anyone can tell me how bad these numbers are? We have an appointment with a urologist tomorrow afternoon. Can the urologist do anything to help fix this?
Thanks!

The sample volume and motility are the two concerns. These are issues that can be address by your local urologist so please make that appointment for him.

It could be a simple medications he takes for something else that is killing the sperm resulting in low motility. It could be a chemical exposure at work causing damage to the sperm. Drinking or smoking...

The sample volume should be around 2ml so only 0.5 ml is very low. Possible that he has an obstruction of the seminal vesicle gland that provides a bulk of the fluid to the ejaculate.

Make sure he stays well hydrated prior to these test since that will help the volume and the intensity of the orgasm during the collection will also play into the volume.

Defiantly get checked to see what is going on and what can be done to improve these levels and optimize fertility potential.
