I did a fertility test and it came with normal results Total Ejaculate 130 millions, Sperm Conc-65mill/ml, sperm motility (total progessive 36%/1hr, 12%/2hrs).

below results as subnormal
Normal forms 3%n(5th (percent value)
Excessive residual cyoplasm 15%
DNA fragmentation index (DFI) 57%

So as per the sugesstion with the doctor i undergone a Ultrasonograpy of scrotum and color doppler test and below thing was observed

There is evidence of Varicocel on left side with dilated veins measuring upto 2.8mm and shows reflux on vasalva
Impression: Left Varicocele
Bilateral Normal Testicular Morphology

doctor also suggested Blood test and results came as normal

Serum LH- Lutenizing Hormone (ECLIA) - 4.9 mIU/ml
Serum Prolactin (ECLIA- 7.6 ng/mL

Serum free Testosterone(ECLIA) -155.00 pg/mL
