Husband's SA Result : Can someone help me to interpret

Hi,

I found this thread and I would like to try if you can give me interpretation of my husband's SA. I would like to know more if these result are ok or he needs to do something to better our chance of getting pregnant as I am taking Clomid now and is only given 2 cycle to take it.

His sperm count looks good but motility is low and progressive motility is very low. You should always have a 2nd sample tested to ensure it wasn't lab testing error but also have him follow the sperm healthy lifestyle, see my previous posts for the full sperm healthy lifestyle guidelines recommended by Dr. Marks.

Does he have any chemical or heat exposures with work?

Has he had a full workup with his urologist to check for a varicocele?
