Problem ejaculating while having sex

Help, I am having a problem that really distresses me. You see over the past three months my wife and I have been trying to concieve a baby. Every time we have sex I can't seem to ejaculate. Up until we started trying I did not have a problem, and whenever I masturbate there is no problem. I am worried that I will never be able to ejaculate when it counts. Any help in this problem would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

This is not uncommon.

Intercourse is no longer just for fun. The pressure you are feeling is creating performance anxiety. Try to not think about the fact she is fertile or ovulating. Discuss this with your partner so you can try to keep things fun and not focus on the baby making aspect. Women can become demanding when they have baby making on the mind. Sex has become a job at this point not just for fun.

Keep things spontaneous and if still having issues make sure to see your local urologist for alternatives to overcome this performance anxiety.

Amy is right- you need to take the work and scheduling out of sex and add some spice and variety, and if needed, throw away the calendar. Know that getting pregnant can take 4 to 9 months for normal healthy couples, so just let it happen.
