My husband has low mobility, low mobility progressive, low concentration, and low morphology as shown on sperm analysis. How likelly is it that we can still get pregnant? Can you tell me what we can do to increase the odds or improve our next SA?

Had to say without seeing his exact numbers. If he has live sperm in his ejaculate pregnancy is always possible. Sounds like he needs to seek the attention of an urologist to get to the bottom of the low sperm parameters and find out ways to improve his fertility. Could be as simple as an interaction of a medications or making a few lifestyle changes.

Having a second analysis is always recommended to make sure the analysis is accurate and not just a poor collection.
