Swelling of the testicles

reno01 posted:
Back in 1994 I fell into a man hole and hit my testicles, and partially ripped the sack holding them. They were swollen for about 2 weeks. I wanted to know if there are any long term affects of this such as infertility or constant prostate problems.

The only way to check your fertility would be by having a semen analysis. Quick and easy way to get a lot of information and see if your fertility look normal based on sperm production and sperm quality.

You might want to post your prostate question of Dr. Mark's men's health board.
