Testicular Hydrocele

I was diagnosed with hydrocele in my testicles today. I have been doing some reserarch on the internet about this and I don't like what I've found. I have seen on numerous websites where it says that this affects male fertility adversly. I am only 21 years old, I really don't want to be infertile.
