Only one dropped ball

One of my boyfriends balls has not dropped, he is 38 years old and I am wondering if this will negatively effect us later when we are trying to get pregnant?

One testicle should produce plenty of sperm to have no problems conceiving unless he has low production. He could have a semen analysis done to check if it is a concern but odds are that he will have no problems.
