How to improve sperm morpholoy percentage

Hi all,
I did SA and the result showed 6% normal morphology and 3% by kurger's criteria. All the other results like volume, sperm count, motility all were normal. the result comment were given as teratozoospermia(low normal forms). Does it affect the fertility? are there any diet supplements or ways to increase the morphology percentage. Please advice. we are trying for past 1 year.

See the post on Sperm Healthy Lifestyle and you'll find the recommended vitamins by Dr. Marks. You can also look into a fertility blended vitamin. Also make sure you are not doing something on the lifestyle list that can cause damage to sperm like smoking or sitting in hot tubs.

I also have a previous post on morphology that you might want to read. Morphology is a tricky parameter and some andrologists will argue that morphology is not all that important to natural conception. Good news is that you are not sitting at zero normal forms and hopefully a few minor changes to your diet and lifestyle will push up your normal forms.
