VItamin intake for Sperm count and motility issue

Hello,

I recently had a semen analysis done and was told my count was low and my motility was slow. I am awaiting further tests at this time, but was told my count was around 8 million. So after tireless hours of research I have decided to begin a vitamin regimen that all are supposed to help with this issue. However my concern is the amount of vitamins I am taking and concern over the interactions. Here is what i am currently taking...

50mg zinc
400mcg Folic Acid
400IU Vitamin E
2000mcg Vitamin B-12
1000mg Vitamin C
CVS brand multivitamin A-Z Active performance
I also take Zegerid for GERD.

Any thoughts on if this is just plain overdoing it?

Thanks!

Just make sure if the multivitamin already has the vitamin E or C in it you probably don't need to take more individually. Read your multivitamin label and compare to Dr. Marks' list on the Sperm Healthy Lifestyle Guidelines. Too much of certain supplements can be a bad thing so just do some double checking.
