Not true... This theory has been disproven. Things like hot tubs can overheat the testicles causing sperm damage but the type of underwear does not overheat the groin area to cause any sperm damage. Prolonged sitting or placing a computer on lap can both create elevated testicular temps so make sure if he has a desk job that he's getting up and walking around on a regular basis to circulate airflow and sit with legs open.
