Fertility Test Looks Bad:
Sperm Count 4-10e6/mL (low)
Prog Motile 44 (low)
Non-Motile 47 (high)
Normal Morph 5 (low)
Abnormal Morph 95 (high)
Everything else was normal.

I started Citalopram (celexa) HBR 20 mg 5 days before the test. Could this drug cause these problems? No other "symptoms" of infertility.

Please let me know what you think. Can't get an appointment for awhile with the doc. Thanks.

Yes.

Many antidepressants can harm male fertility. Here's a great article on the topic.

You should seek the help of an endocrinologist to manage your depression and fertility. Good news is that the harm to male fertility is often reversible.
